Marketing would result in us completing a follow up call after you have purchased a Bose product from our store, to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase, and answer any questions you may have. We do this because we value your feedback.
Under the Sales of Goods Act 1979, customers have a statutory right to return a faulty item, with proof of purchase to get their money back. You have up to 7 days to return a faulty Bose product you have purchased from BBStore. After the 7 days, no refund shall be offered but you are entitled to a repair or replacement.
If you do wish to return a faulty product purchased from BBStore, you must:
• Have proof of purchase, a receipt or a bank statement is sufficient
• Return the product as you bought it, so all the cables and accessories which come in the box must be returned
• Return the product with the original box and packaging
BBStore will not accept any refunds/repairs/replacement without the above steps been completed.
