For products purchased on this site, except for claims of personal injury or death, the maximum liability of Bose shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the product. Bose shall not be liable for special, incidental, consequential, or indirect damages.

If you purchased any Bose® product in the UK from this website, any contract between us will be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with this contract. All dealings, correspondence and contracts between us will be made or conducted in the English language.

Confirming your identity
To ensure that your credit, debit or charge card is not being used without your consent, we will validate name, address and other personal information supplied by you during the order process against appropriate third party databases. In performing these checks personal information provided by you may be disclosed to a registered Credit Reference Agency which may keep a record of that information. In the event of a product failure - you are best advised to speak to us first. Many problems that appear to be faults can be rectified after talking to one of our Staff.
Warranty cover is for a minimum of 2 year.
Faults. In circumstances where a warranty repair is needed, firstly inform us in either writing, telephone or email, during the warranty period. Your goods will then be returned to you at our expense. Please note that this feature only applies to mainland UK.
In the event of a warranty repair in any subsequent years (after the 2nd year) we would ask you to send the item back to us. Your goods will then be returned to you at your expense (UK only).
Goods sent back to us or collected as faulty but found to be fully working will be returned to you. Carriage charges will be at your expense. If you suspect a fault, please contact us first.
Goods found to have a fault not covered by warranty (damage or breakage through misuse, incorrect operation, wear and tear etc) will be fixed and returned to you at your expense.
We don't operate a re-stocking system, but in the event when after using the goods you find them totally unsuitable, we may consider re-stocking. Contact us if this occurs. Goods must have a returns authorisation number before we can take receipt.
Once you have reported your fault, you will be issued with a returns authorisation number.

PLEASE NOTE: We request that you retain the original packaging for at least the period of the warranty as we will only collect products if they are in the original packaging. If the original packaging has been discarded you will be asked to return the goods to us in a rigid box with a minimum of 2 - 4 inches of packing on all sides .
If after receiving your goods they are found to be damaged in anyway, please inform us by email – [email protected] or in writing within 24 hours. BBStore works with two couriers: DPD and Royal Mail. If you place your order before 4pm, your item will be dispatched the next day, and you can normally expect your order to be delivered within 3-4 Days via Royal Mail. DPD will usually take 2-3 Days
DPD will contact us to advise you of your one hour delivery slot, and we will inform you of that as soon as possible.
This is subject to stock availability, the availability of the product will be specified before you proceed to checkout.
All of our deliveries are trackable, and will require a signature on arrival.
Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday, so you can expect delivery on Tuesday. If you have a preferred delivery day, then please let us know.
All deliveries are to UK Mainland only and are free of charge. Unfortunately, we do not deliver our goods to outside of the UK.
Deliveries to Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands will carry a delivery charge of £10.

If you Prefer to book a time to come into store for a one to one demonstration on our Bose 5.1 Home cinema systems, Cinemate 5.1, 2.1, 1.1 systems or even our Popular SoundTouch systems.
We can allocate a time slot which suits you, to come into store and spend time explaining the systems in more detail and showing you the differences between 5.1, 2.1 and our 1.1 systems to see which one suits your requirements.

Our experienced Bose installers will come to your home at a time that suits you. We can arrange installation for your Bose system to your requirements; our installers are available 7 days a week.
We cover a 50-mile radius from our postcode. We cover up to and including the following areas: Macclesfield, Crewe, Mansfield, Nottingham, Kettering, Northampton, Banbury, Cheltenham, Hereford and Shrewsbury.
If you would like our installer to visit your home to discuss potential installation options, this can be arranged from Monday to Saturday between 9.30am and 5.30pm, and on Sunday from 11am-4pm. The engineer will advise you of the best system to work in your environment.
Our home cinema installation includes:
· Un-packing of all items · Connection of all Bose systems and any external sources such as Sky, Virgin, Blu-ray player or Apple TV · Setup and Configuration (Running ADAPTiQ which customises the sound for your listening environment) · Explaining you of all the system’s key features, what the system can and can’t do
We won’t leave until you are happy.
Please note:We do not undertake any carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting or decorating.

We also offer a service if the Bose system you purchased from our store is faulty, and you would like someone to come out to your home and diagnose the problem. We will go through some troubleshooting over the phone prior to us coming out, but if that doesn’t fix your problem, we will be more than happy to come out to your home. Callout charges are as follows:
£59 for the call out and for the first 30 minutes.
There will be a £59 charge for every hour after the initial 30 minutes.
